Beat the traffic and fly to the Hunter Valley for an escape. Enjoy a day of wine tasting and delicious modern Australian cuisine.

Take off on the water in Rose Bay and land on the tarmac at Cessnock. Top the day off with a figure eight orbit in front on the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

*Subject to the weight of each passenger. Additional 5th passenger $950 - subject to the total weight of all passengers and operational requirements.

  • Depart Rose Bay around 10am. Flight time approximately 60 minutes.

  • Enjoy the aerial view of Sydney Harbour, the Northern Beaches, Central Coast and Lake Macquarie. .

  • Savour a wine tasting at Piggs Peake followed by a delicious meal prepared by the talented chefs at Yellow Billy restaurant*

  • Depart for Rose Bay around 3pm and conclude your day with a figure eight in front of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House.

*Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Other restaurants available upon request.
